Jenn Swain is a sustainability and responsible sourcing professional with over 12 years of experience supporting ethical supply chains, worker well-being, and environmental stewardship across the apparel and outdoor industries. At Gap Inc., she leads strategy and stakeholder engagement on human rights, labor practices, and gender equity in the supply chain, building on prior roles with organizations including Burton, Rainforest Alliance, and World Wildlife Fund. Jenn brings deep experience translating complex social, environmental, and governance priorities into business strategy, cross-functional implementation, industry collaboration, and supplier engagement.
Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Community and International Development with a minor in Food Systems, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Ecological Economics from the University of Vermont. As a member of Nirapon’s Board, Jenn brings expertise in responsible sourcing, human rights due diligence, sustainability strategy, and systems-oriented approaches to advancing safer, more equitable, and more resilient workplaces.
