Jessica Nursoo is the Senior Director of Sourcing Operations for VF Corporation, a Fortune 500
company and global leader in lifestyle apparel, footwear, and accessories, with brands including The
North Face®, Vans®, Timberland®, and Dickies®.
She is statutorily accountable for VF’s Regional Offices in Bangladesh and Indonesia, overseeing
sourcing operations, production planning, legal compliance, and government relations. Jessica provides
strategic and on-the-ground leadership to strengthen integration across teams, drive operational
excellence, and foster talent development.
Jessica plays a key role in ensuring VF’s values are consistently upheld across the region, with a
strong focus on the health, safety, and wellbeing of associates. She actively collaborates with
government bodies and industry stakeholders to support VF’s long-term commitments to sustainability,
labor rights, and community development.
With over 23 years of experience, Jessica has led regional operations for global companies across Asia
and Africa. She is adept at navigating diverse cultural contexts and landscapes, having worked with
both European and American organizations — VF Corporation, Auchan Retail, and Sainsbury’s – in
complex sourcing environments.
Originally from Mauritius, she holds a B.Sc in Textile Technology and speaks five languages fluently.
