In the coming months, members will receive an updated Nirapon Members Agreement. Updates to the agreement reflect the continued evolution of the program and help align our governance, member engagement, and factory oversight with how the Safety Management Program operates today.
The revisions largely clarify existing practices. They provide clearer language around member roles, factory engagement, and the framework used to support safety management systems in factories.
The updated agreement also strengthens transparency around program processes and reinforces safeguards that protect each member’s independent business decisions.
Additional information will be shared soon, and we will walk members through the updates before the revised agreement needs to be finalized.
