As part of our commitment to Worker Safety, Nirapon recently piloted a more simplified reporting format with a group of 17 factories and members. The shorter and simplified reports were designed to be clearer, more concise, and easier to use as tools with a stronger focus on risk-based priorities and actionable guidance.
What we learned:
- Factories described the reports as clearer, constructive and effective in guiding improvements.
- Members noted the new reporting format was well-structured, insightful and responsive to their earlier comments and inputs.
What’s next:
With this pilot, we’ve strengthened both Member Engagement and factory commitment. Nirapon will finalize the new format for rollout in early 2026, supported by a Guide to Understanding the New Reports. This help members and factories engage in more meaningful dialogue about progress and continuous improvement.
Together we are not only laying the foundation for safer workplaces and stronger outcomes, but also creating a sustainable model for a collaborative process that will continue to grow and inspire across the industry.
